Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, return shipping costs are not covered in our refund policy. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any and all open box items that are being returned to Apevie Simulator warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
